To the parents of AP11&12 Students
There will be a Parents’ Meeting on Friday 5 January at the East Auditorium of the Affiliated High School of South China
Normal University. I hope that you will be able to attend.
The meeting will consist of presentations from
senior staff. After the presentations you will have a chance to have an
individual appointment with one of your child’s teachers. The bookings for
individual appointments will be done on a first come first served basis. Your
child will make the booking for you during school time, so if you have a
preferred time or teacher, please communicate this with your child.

| 10:30 – 12:00 | Individual appointments (10 minutes per student) |
| 12:00 – 13.00 | Lunch break |
| 13:00 – 16:00 | Individual parent-teacher appointments (continued) |
