这里没有“课本”与“现实”的边界。我们的王国拥有一片真正的生物园地——一个活着的、呼吸着的生态系统，植物在此扎根，动物在此栖居，每一个成员都是这个国度的公民，而不仅仅是观察者。寒暑假期间，王国的公民们将走进广州实验室，亲手操作前沿设备，在为期一周的科研实践中，让课本上的基因、细胞、蛋白质变成指尖真实的触感。每周的社团活动中，显微镜下的世界与园地里的生命交相辉映——上午你在培养皿里观察微生物的脉动，下午就能在王国中央触摸到来自远方的稀有生物。

In Lily's Biology Kingdom, biology is not a subject — it is a way of life.

Here, there is no boundary between "textbooks" and "reality." Our kingdom boasts a genuine biology garden — a living, breathing ecosystem where plants take root, animals dwell, and every member is a citizen of this realm, not merely an observer. During winter and summer breaks, citizens of the kingdom will step into the Guangzhou Laboratory, operating cutting-edge equipment firsthand and transforming the genes, cells, and proteins from their textbooks into tangible sensations at their fingertips through week-long research practice. In weekly club activities, the world under the microscope and the life in the garden mirror each other — in the morning you observe the pulse of microorganisms in petri dishes, and in the afternoon you can touch rare organisms from distant lands in the heart of the kingdom.

The kingdom's territory extends far beyond the campus. Every year, we carry on the competitive tradition of HFI BioCup, bringing together biology enthusiasts from across the school to compete on this battlefield, proving their mettle through problem-solving and experimentation. And when trophies are raised at the student assembly, every citizen of the kingdom will feel it: the people here don't just take exams — they know how to explore the essence of life with their own hands. We cultivate plants with the Horticulture Club, protect ecosystems with the Environment Club, and spark ideas with the Science Mania Club — every cross-disciplinary dialogue may give birth to the starting point of the next scientist.

The wisdom of the kingdom flows from every direction. National-level biology competition coaches will visit our classrooms, using vivid and engaging instruction to unravel the most intricate biological puzzles for you. Experts and researchers from the Guangzhou Laboratory will step onto the KC campus, bringing the most cutting-edge scientific perspectives and showing you how biology is transforming the world.

26-27活动计划：

1、我们将带领学校对STEM感兴趣的学生们（优先莉莉安的生物王国社团的学生）走进广州实验室，利用寒暑假的时间进行为期一周的科研，每天上午9：30-11：00，下午2：30-5：30。

2、我们将在明年5月份、9月份、11月份邀请生物竞赛教练进行生动有趣的课堂竞赛讲解。

3、我们将邀请广州实验室的专家、研究员来校进行讲座，最好能在kc校园进行。

4、我们将延续去年的传统，举办校级大型竞赛hfi biocup，届时将招募所有hfi的同学参与，并会在学生大会上颁奖。

5、与园艺社、环境社、seminar、科学狂人社等社团联动，在实验中迸发灵感。

6、我们将创造出一个超级大的生物园地--生物王国--供生物养殖，所有同学可以将自己与生物有关的（动物、植物）项目海报或项目实体放置在园地中央，还会有机会触摸到各种稀有的生物。


1. We will lead students from our school who are interested in STEM (with priority given to members of the Lily's Biology Kingdom club) to visit the Guangzhou Laboratory, where they will conduct one week of scientific research during the winter and summer vacations, daily from 9:30–11:00 AM and 2:30–5:30 PM.

2. Next year, in May, September, and November, we will invite biology competition coaches to deliver lively and engaging classroom sessions on competition topics.

3. We will invite experts and researchers from the Guangzhou Laboratory to give lectures at our school, preferably on the KC campus.

4. We will continue last year's tradition by hosting the school‑wide major competition, HFI BioCup, which will be open to all HFI students, with awards presented at the student assembly.

5. We will collaborate with other clubs such as the Horticulture Club, Environment Club, Seminar, and Science Mania Club, so that experiments can spark new inspiration.

6. We will create a massive biology garden—the "Biology Kingdom"—dedicated to raising living organisms. All students may place their biology‑related project posters or physical projects, including animals, plants, in the center of the garden, and they will also have the opportunity to touch various rare organisms.

社团活动计划：

本学期生物社活动安排丰富多样，分为学期初、学期中两个阶段开展。学期初将举办破冰分享会，内容包括生物学习方法分享（涵盖普高和AP课程体系）以及BBO&USABO竞赛经验交流。学期中将开展系列实践活动：生物水泥实验、生物社会学与公共健康主题活动、粗题DNA实验、DNA手链制作以及甲鱼解剖实验等动手实践项目。此外还将举办BIO CUP专题讲座并配套开展趣味问答竞赛，通过理论与实践相结合的方式，帮助社员全面提升生物学素养和实践能力。

This semester, the Biology Club will host a series of engaging events divided into two phases.
At the beginning of the semester, we will kick off with an icebreaker and sharing session, featuring:
-Study method discussions (covering both regular high school and AP Biology curricula)
-Experience-sharing sessions on preparing for the BBO (British Biology Olympiad) and USABO (USA Biology Olympiad)

During the mid-semester, we will conduct hands-on experiments and themed activities, including:
-Bio-concrete experiment (exploring biologically derived materials)
-Biosociology & public health discussions (examining real-world applications of biology)
-Crude DNA extraction experiment
-DNA bracelet crafting (a fun way to visualize genetic concepts)
-Soft-shell turtle dissection (an in-depth look at anatomy and physiology)
-Additionally, we will organize a BIO CUP lecture series, followed by an interactive quiz competition to test knowledge in a fun, competitive setting.

Through these activities, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of biology, enhance practical skills, and build a vibrant learning community!
