社团简介：

书画社，单看这个名字就知道这是一个既可以书又可以画的社团，主要是以国画和书法为主。我们希望可以把书和画融合到一起，因为书是画中一个不可或缺的部分，我们希望可以在原本的传统上再注入一些新的想法和大脑。而这两样东西都继承着很多中华传统的文化，我们也希望能在这里也将它们传播的更好，也让更多人知道。我们也想在在今年举办定期的书画活动，让整一个社团活跃下去！并且，今年书画社还准备将学术与书画结合，开展特别好，好的研究，而这些活动，不管有没有基础都可以来尝试，无论是喜欢人文社科，还是单纯对书画有兴趣都可以来尝试和迈出第一步！同时我们也希望可以找到更多喜欢书法或是喜欢国画的同学，可以一起宣传和将它们传播给更多的人，或许在HFI传播的很广之后，我们或许还可以在更多不同的地方传播。作为一个国际化的高中，HFI缺少了宣传中国优秀传统文化的氛围，所以社团能在一个国际高中举办书画活动，不仅是社团的荣幸，还是一个增强文化认同感的好机会。
Calligraphy & Painting Club — As the name suggests, this is a club where you can both write and paint, focusing primarily on traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy.We hope to seamlessly blend calligraphy and painting together, because calligraphy is an indispensable part of Chinese painting. Building on our rich traditions, we aim to inject new ideas and creative energy into the club. Both of these art forms carry profound Chinese traditional culture, and we hope to promote them better so more people can discover their beauty.This year, we plan to host regular calligraphy and painting activities to keep the club vibrant and active! Furthermore, we are preparing to combine academic research with traditional art to launch some super exciting research projects.No prior experience is needed for any of our activities! Whether you are passionate about the humanities and social sciences or simply curious about Chinese art, everyone is welcome to step out of their comfort zone and give it a try!At the same time, we hope to connect with more students who love calligraphy or traditional painting so we can work together to share these arts with a broader audience. Once we establish a strong presence at HFI, we might even take our mission to places beyond our campus! As an international high school, HFI sometimes lacks an atmosphere for promoting outstanding traditional Chinese culture. Being able to host calligraphy and painting events in an international setting is not only an honor for our club, but also a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our sense of cultural identity.

26-27活动计划：

计划九月份举办HFI书画比赛，打算先做几周宣传，会去知识城宣传，让知识城的同学也参与到这一次比赛之中，宣传一段时间过后可以开始投稿，投稿截止之后就会开始评选，评选结束后打算把获奖的作品展出。

2017.09——
墨写社主要完成招新和采购各项用具。活动尚未开始。

2017.10——
1）硬笔书法正式开始每周一个主题的练字，按日收，由部长督促组员每⽇按时练字并检查练字质量。形式为线上练字，没有进行线下聚面。
2）软笔书法部部长准备练字教程；等待笔墨纸到货后进行两次活动（601），练习基础书法知识，没有实践。
3）英文书法哥特体部进行一次集体练字（在601）和每周自由练字。
4）英文书法圆体到货出现问题，没有组织集体练字。

2017.11——
1）硬笔书法部门活动照旧，其中在“收字”过程略加改进，把要求由”写完所有练字内容“改为”拍照上传最满意的一次练字成果“提升了组员练字热情。
2）哥特体部门组织第一次集体练字（在603），仍然练习字母表和基础笔画。
3）圆体进行一次练字（在爱学习透明会议室），没有拍照记录。
4）软笔部门练字2次（601和爱学习透明会议室），练习线条和基础笔画，尝试写字。个别有基础同学自行带教材练字。

2018.01-03——

硬笔书法部每周4天按照部长定的主题，以自己喜欢的字体练习当天诗词或句子的书写；软笔书法部每月集体练习1~2次，由部长准备PPT讲解并单独指导每一个字、每一个笔画的书写。
From January to March, the modern calligraphy section (using pen or pencil to write) practice handwriting four times a week. Each week, the section leader sets a topic and provides materials, such as poems or excerpts, for members to practice writing in the font they personally prefer. As for the traditional calligraphy section (using ink brush to write), group meeting is held once or twice per month. During each meeting, the section leader prepares PPT to explain the history, key components, as well as instructions of practicing traditional calligraphy. Besides, the section leader instructs each member personally, making sure everyone understands.
