社团介绍:
Mind & Crime
Mind & Crime is an academic student society centered on criminal psychology. We believe that understanding the psychological roots of criminal behavior is the first step toward building a safer and more rational world. Through case seminars, film analysis sessions, skill workshops, and reading discussions, we guide members in exploring both the theory and practice of criminal psychology — sharpening critical thinking and independent analytical skills along the way. Whether you’re passionate about psychology, fascinated by detective fiction, or simply curious about human behavior, there’s a place for you here. We don’t glorify crime. We decode the human mind.

Recruitment & Inaugural Case Seminar Kicking off the academic year with a seminar on juvenile delinquency, we explore the psychological motivations behind criminal behavior through real-world public cases.
Crime Film & TV Analysis Session Selected clips from classic crime productions are screened and discussed through a psychological lens — examining how accurately (or creatively) criminal psychology is portrayed on screen.
Book Club Members read an introductory book on criminal psychology together and share reflections in a group discussion, building a shared theoretical foundation in a relaxed setting.
Microexpression Recognition Workshop Using image and video-based exercises, members develop practical emotion recognition skills — turning psychological theory into real observational ability.
Introduction to Interrogation Techniques An exploration of lawful questioning methods and communication strategies, examining how psychology applies in legal and investigative contexts.
End-of-Year Special Project Members produce an individual or group essay or research report on a criminal psychology topic of their choice — a culmination of the year’s learning.
Monthly Case Seminars (Year-Round) A recurring monthly session focused on a different theme each time — serial crime, cybercrime psychology, group dynamics, and more — keeping the society intellectually active throughout the year.
Inter-School Exchange (Ad Hoc) Collaborative events with psychology or debate societies from other schools, including joint seminars or crime-reasoning competitions, broadening members’ perspectives and networks.
